Operations & New Client Manager
One of only a handful of Certified Professional Animal Care Providers (CPACP) in Massachusetts, Olivia joined The Grinning Dog team in June 2019. She works the floor, the phones, and behind the scenes to keep everything organized and running smoothly. With a dry sense of humor, a ready smile, and a steady manner, she is responsible for the care and comfort of both canine guests and their human families.
"I'm a California transplant and Mount Holyoke College alum. A longtime animal lover, I grew up with boxers, cats, rats, and frogs (and guinea pigs, canaries, crickets... you get it). Whether in a shelter, horse barn, zoo, or agility ring, I've long been fascinated by the human-animal relationship, and have enjoyed studying biology, agriculture, and behavior.
In my off hours, I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen, traveling, crafting, kayaking, hiking, dancing, and horseback riding. I'm often accompanied by my two fuzzy shadows!"
