Our schedules are not rigid - it sometimes depends on the mix of dogs, but it generally follows this template:
6:30 am - Rise and shine! Everybody up and out into the Common Area yards for early morning potty and play
7:15 - Yum yum! Breakfast is served. Meds distribution.
7:30-9:30 - Boarders are settled in their kennels to digest while daycare/new boarder dogs arrive. Some boarding dogs are picked up or dropped off now as well. Some boarders enjoy stuffed kongs or chews during this time.
9:30- 11:45 - Yard time for everyone. Boarders and daycare alike are rotated in small groups or buddied up for some serious play and outdoor time. NaturePark hikes begin. We have 4 large (2+ acres in total) 6’ chain link fenced play yards with climbing boulders, natural footing, trees, grass, etc. and 17+ 5' fenced acres of field, woods and pond in the NaturePark. There is frequently some dirt involved! Those not in yard rotation are in indoor/outdoor runs with a buddy, out enjoying the NaturePark or engaged in One on One activities.
12:30 - 4:00 - Naps are taken in rotation. Outdoor play and NaturePark hikes resume. One on One activities, and any extra add ons happen. Tuesday through Friday our groomer bathes, brushes and trims those that have scheduled grooms.
3:30 - Yum yum! Dinner time for boarders. Meds distribution. Boarders and daycare dogs are prepared for pickup.
4:00-6:00 - Boarders are settled in their kennels to digest/rest while pickup/drop off goes on. Some boarders enjoy stuffed kongs or chews during this time.
6:00- 8:00 - Evening outdoor potty and play time in the Common Areas for boarders only
8:00 - 8:30 - BedTime. Dogs are settled in their runs (some with buddies, if they prefer company), NPR on, cameras on and lights out.
