Aimee joined The Grinning Dog team in early 2022, bringing with her several years of experience working with dogs in daycare, boarding and training capacities. Athletic, outdoorsy and with a mile long stride, Aimee spends much of her time keeping the dogs company as they explore the NaturePark. The direct simplicity of her handling style engenders a sense of calm in whatever group of dogs she is overseeing. Reliable and responsible, she is an understated, steady presence that the dogs and the humans can always count on!

What got me interested in working with dogs was my mastiff/lab mix Vince who had some behavioral issues that I worked on with a behaviorist/trainer. Seeing the changes in Vince as I worked with the behaviorist was fascinating and fulfilling work."
